Get the Most From Your Coffee 
FRENCH PRESS
Use a coarse grind. Add coffee, then hot water (just off the boil). Stir, cover, and steep for 4 minutes. Press slowly and enjoy a bold, full-bodied cup.
POUR OVER
Use a medium grind. Rinse your filter, add coffee (1–2 tbsp per 6 oz of water), and pour hot water slowly in a circular motion. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring in stages. Clean, smooth, and balanced.
DRIP COFFEE MAKER
Use a medium grind and fresh water. Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water. Easy, consistent, and perfect for everyday sipping.
ESPRESSO MACHINE
Use a fine grind. Pack your portafilter evenly and extract for 25–30 seconds. Expect intense flavor with rich crema.
